Terms and Conditions
Redemption: This gift certificate is redeemable only at Stratton Creek Inn for room stays, on-site expenses and applicable taxes.
Non-Transferable: The gift certificate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Validity: The gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Booking: Reservations must be made directly through Stratton Creek Inn's website or by phone. Please mention the gift certificate at the time of booking.
Presentation: The gift certificate must be presented upon check-in.
Lost or Stolen Certificates: Stratton Creek Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates. Treat this certificate like cash.
No Refunds: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Partial Use: Any remaining balance on the gift certificate can be used for future stays within the validity period. No cash refunds will be given for any unused portion.
Limitations: Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates or applied to previously booked reservations.
Additional Charges: The gift certificate can be used for additional charges such as drinks, gifts, or other on-site expenses. It is not valid for online store purchases.
